Program background
MBCT was developed by Zindel Segal, Mark Williams and John Teasdale. It combines cognitive behavioural methods with mindfulness meditation in an eight-week group format centred on experience and regular practice.

Format
Ten learning sessions
One orientation, eight weekly live classes and one mindfulness day.
2.5 hours each
Delivered online via Zoom with ongoing home practice between sessions.
Small group
Planned for approximately 15 people, proceeding with at least 8 participants.
Instructor
Cindy(水铃)
MBCT-trained teacher through the Centre for Mindfulness Studies in Toronto; more than 20 years in psychology, including hospital clinic experience; China National Level-2 Psychological Counselor; founder of Yuexin Mind Space; more than five years of mindfulness practice.
Fee and policy
Standard fee: RMB 2,980; two-person registration: RMB 2,680 per person. The fee includes classes, Q&A support, materials, guided audio and certificate. Refunds may be requested 15 days before the start date; after that, a place may be transferred or deferred before the program begins.
