Appointments
Sessions are by appointment. Once confirmed, the time is reserved for you. Please check your device, connection and private setting in advance.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Changes made at least 24 hours in advance do not incur a fee. Late cancellations, changes or no-shows may be charged partly or in full; genuine emergencies may be considered individually.
Lateness and practitioner changes
Sessions generally end at the original time if you arrive late. If Cindy needs to reschedule, you will be notified and no cancellation fee applies.
Payment and refunds
Fees are paid after each completed session using the methods shown on the payment page or otherwise agreed. Completed services are generally non-refundable; duplicate, incorrect or verified technical payments will be corrected.
