Nature of the service
Counselling is provided by Cindy to support understanding of emotions, thoughts, relationships and life concerns. It is not medical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment or medication. Referral to medical or other professional services may be recommended.
Process, choice and outcomes
No particular outcome can be guaranteed, and difficult discussions may temporarily feel uncomfortable. You may ask questions, decline topics or approaches, pause or end counselling.
Confidentiality and exceptions
Counselling is confidential, with exceptions for serious or imminent risk, abuse of minors or protected persons, legal requirements and necessary safety action. Disclosure will be limited where possible.
Online counselling and crisis situations
Use a private setting and reliable connection. Neither party may record or publish sessions without explicit consent. Yuexin is not a 24-hour crisis service; contact local emergency or crisis services when in immediate danger.
Electronic signature and full consent confirmation will be completed through the secure pre-session process sent by Cindy after formal booking.
